Worldwide Brotherhood is a directory and resource platform. It helps men find circles and tools. It does not replace discernment, local leadership, professional care, or personal responsibility.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use were last updated in June 2026. By using worldwidebrotherhood.com, submitting a listing, claiming a listing, reporting a listing, or using resources provided through the site, you agree to these terms.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the site. If you are using the site on behalf of a group or circle, you represent that you have authority to submit information for that group.
2. Description of Service
Worldwide Brotherhood provides a public directory of men's groups and circles. We also provide downloadable and readable resources for starting and running circles, including resources connected to the R.A.W. protocol. We provide information about the MERIT Q-App on Qortal and how circles may use decentralized tools for listings, commitments, witnesses, attestations, and service missions.
We do not run the listed groups, vet individual members, guarantee safety, provide therapy, provide crisis services, or act as a governing body over listed circles. Each circle is responsible for its own leadership, boundaries, meeting standards, and conduct.
3. Directory Listings
Group organizers are responsible for the accuracy, currency, and honesty of their listings. A listing should describe the group clearly, including location, meeting format, contact method, membership status, and any relevant standards or boundaries.
- We reserve the right to edit, suspend, or remove listings that violate our standards, appear misleading, are abandoned, impersonate another group, or create risk for men using the directory.
- Listing a group does not imply endorsement by Worldwide Brotherhood.
- Verification means basic details have been reviewed. It is not a guarantee of safety, quality, leadership, member conduct, or therapeutic value.
- Claiming a listing may require proof of affiliation. We may decline claims that cannot be reasonably verified.
4. User Conduct
Use the directory and submission tools in good faith. You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, incomplete, or deceptive listing information.
- Impersonate another group, organizer, facilitator, or member.
- Use the directory for spam, harassment, scraping, intimidation, doxxing, fraud, recruitment into illegal activity, or any unlawful purpose.
- Submit false reports about other listings or use reporting tools to punish a rival group.
- Attempt to interfere with the security, availability, or normal operation of the website.
5. Safety and Disclaimers
Worldwide Brotherhood is a directory and resource platform, not a governing body. We do not vet individual circle members, supervise meetings, certify facilitators, or guarantee the safety of any group. Men are responsible for their own safety, judgment, and boundaries when contacting, joining, or visiting a circle.
If you feel unsafe, leave. If a listing appears misleading, abusive, predatory, abandoned, or outside the standards of this project, report it so it can be reviewed. Read our Safety page for standards, boundaries, and practical guidance before visiting or starting a circle.
The site and resources are not therapy, medical care, legal advice, emergency support, or a substitute for professional help. If you are in immediate danger or crisis, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis support service in your area.
6. Intellectual Property
The R.A.W. protocol, Circle Starter Kit, Witness Guide, Covenant Template, and Responsibility Audit are provided for free use by men's circles. You may use, share, and adapt these resources for non-commercial circle use, including local meetings, facilitator preparation, covenant formation, and accountability work.
You may not sell these resources, package them as paid proprietary material, remove attribution in a way that implies you created them, or claim authorship. The Worldwide Brotherhood name, logo, brand identity, and site design are protected and may not be used in a way that implies endorsement, ownership, or official authority without permission.
7. Third-Party Services
Qortal and the MERIT Q-App operate on separate decentralized infrastructure. Worldwide Brotherhood may explain, link to, or integrate with Qortal workflows, but we are not responsible for Qortal's operation, security, governance, availability, account recovery, name registration, node behavior, QDN publishing, or network changes.
Use of Qortal, QDN, and MERIT is subject to their own terms, documentation, technical limitations, and risks. You are responsible for understanding what you publish, whether it is public or encrypted, and what happens if you lose access to your Qortal account or seed phrase.
8. Limitation of Liability
The directory, website, listings, and resources are provided as is, without warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or guaranteed outcome. We make reasonable efforts to keep information useful and current, but public directory information can become outdated or incomplete.
- We are not liable for disputes, injuries, emotional harm, financial losses, or damages arising from circle participation, meetings, travel, organizer conduct, member conduct, or reliance on a listing.
- We are not liable for the conduct, statements, omissions, or decisions of listed groups, organizers, facilitators, witnesses, or members.
- We are not liable for Qortal network issues, QDN publication errors, data loss, account loss, unavailable nodes, encryption failures outside our control, or changes to decentralized infrastructure.
9. Termination
We may remove listings, decline claims, restrict submissions, or block users who violate these terms, abuse the directory, create safety concerns, impersonate others, or use the platform in bad faith. We may also remove outdated or abandoned listings to protect the usefulness of the directory.
You may request removal of your listing at any time by contacting us from an address reasonably connected to the listing or by providing proof that you control the group.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms as the directory, resources, MERIT workflows, or legal requirements change. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes related to these terms or use of the website shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
12. Contact
